2014 Post 42- Feedback for film magazine review

We have gathered feedback on our magazine double page spread review from teenagers aged 16-20 who are film fans, we believe these are the core of our short film's target audience.

Below I have summarised their responses:

Likes:

• layout was neat with image
• tone of voice fit that of a review; criticising
• mentions of director's techniques
• directly addressing audience
• it gives provides what is good and bad
• rating system and the comments were professional
• does not give away plot; entices you to watch film

Dislikes:

• font style too small
• slightly contradictory
• some points not clear
• tends to drag on in the middle

Improve:

• small mistakes of punctuation errors and film title in inverted commas
